Last I knew, Disney didn’t have any characters that resembled the … ummmm …. ‘thing’ on this girl’s head. Then it came clear: this hat (for lack of a better term) is something you can pick up at another well known Central Florida Theme Park that has to do with whales, dolphins, seals & otters and more :). So my GUESS is, this gal wandered aimlessly over to Epcot, heard the seagulls yelling, “Mine! Mine! Mine!” and somehow connected those silly seagulls with the ocean and then with the electric green squid-like head topper.
Now, take a look at the picture below. I can’t be sure, but I think Dori is either being a little territorial here or a life saving hero as she attempts to bite that sea creature right off the head of the person wearing it 🙂
